Hi, I'm Val, owner and artist behind Brow Catching, a woman-owned permanent makeup studio serving Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. My journey into permanent makeup began nearly 20 years ago with a desire to help women who had lost their brows due to cancer. At the time, I was working full-time in corporate project management, but behind the scenes, I was always doing brows—on evenings, weekends, and whenever I could fit them in. Eventually, I took a leap of faith and turned my passion into Brow Catching. Today, I specialize in permanent brows including Powder/Ombré Brows, Combination Brows, and Nano or machine hair strokes. I work with women and men of all ages, including clients with sparse, thinning, uneven, or missing brows and... mature clients who want to spend less time drawing them on. My work also extends beyond brows. As a trained permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo artist, I offer lip neutralization, scar camouflage, and areola/nipple restoration for breast cancer survivors. Brow Catching also offers non-invasive body contouring and professional teeth whitening. For me, this has never been about giving everyone the same set of brows. Your brows should fit your face. This is your face, and I don't take that lightly. Every service begins with careful mapping, a pre-draw, and a conversation about your desired results before we begin. Cancellation Policy

At Brow Catching, we value both your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and to keep our schedule running smoothly, we have the following policies: Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This amount is applied toward your service balance. 48-Hour Notice: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to fill your appointment time. Late Changes: Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be able to reschedule 1 time. After the second cancellation; you will not be able to rebook.The cancellation fee is 20% of the appointment fee. We understand emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please contact us right away—we’ll do our best to work with you. REFUNDS No refunds will be given after service is complete. Everything is explained during and after the service. TOUCH-UPS The 4-6 week touch-up is NOT required but heavily recommended. The touch-up fee is NOT included in the original service it will be an additional cost.
